Protecting your privacy is important to SoulTalk and SoulTalk’s Loving Home (“SoulTalk”) and our privacy policy is based on the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (CAP 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong. We may amend this privacy policy statement if required to do so by changes in the law or by changes in our operations and the latest privacy policy statement will apply to your personal data. We will collect your personal data directly related to the service we provide. You are not obligated to provide us any personal data requested, but if you choose not to provide certain information it may not be possible for us to help you.

Your personal data will be used for purposes directly related to our activities and will be made available to our employees and professional volunteers undertaking such activities.
Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are to be used, unless the retention is required by legislation or it is in the public interest not to erase the data.
